Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 Calendar days. If 14 Calendar days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund for the items that you have purchased from Triple Finale® Careers.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your virtual online training course experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.

Refunds & Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Your refund request must be submitted within the 14 Calendar days of the purchase date via email to [email protected].
  2. You have not completed more than 30% of the course content.
  3. You have not downloaded any course materials.
  4. Your reason for requesting a refund falls within our refund criteria listed below :
  • Technical Issues: If the course platform or materials encounter significant technical problems that prevent you from accessing or completing the course.
  • Course Content Dissatisfaction: If you find that the course content does not meet your expectations or does not align with what was advertise
  • Unforeseen Circumstances: If you experience unforeseen circumstances such as personal emergencies or medical issues that prevent you from participating in the course.
 
Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order details and reason for the refund. Our team will review your request and respond within 14 business days.  Upon approval of your refund request, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Exceptions

Please note that certain circumstances may not be eligible for a refund, including:

  1. If you have violated our terms of service.
  2. If you have shared your course login credentials with others.
  3. If you have accessed and utilized course materials extensively.
  4. If the refund request is made beyond the specified refund period.
